The bell in the top bar surfaces things that need attention — leads awaiting approval, delivery failures, and other workspace events. Open the notifications page to see the full feed and mark items as read.

Audit log

The audit log is an immutable record of who did what in the workspace — client and endpoint changes, secret rotations, lead approvals, and member invites. Use it to answer “who changed this, and when?”
