Settings control workspace-wide defaults.

Email template

The template defines the subject and body of the email sent to clients for each delivered lead. Use placeholders like {{name}}, {{email}}, {{phone}}, {{company}}, {{subject}}, {{message}}, {{source_url}}, and {{lead_id}}. An endpoint can override this with its own template.

Default thresholds

• Spam threshold — the default score at which leads are quarantined (50).
• Reject threshold — the default score at which leads are rejected (85).

Endpoints inherit these unless they set their own.

Display name

The name used in email signatures sent to clients.
