Agency approval workflow

Some endpoints are set to require agency approval. Leads from these endpoints are not delivered automatically — they wait in Pending review so your team can vet them first.

How it works

1. A lead arrives on an approval-required endpoint and is scored as usual.
2. Instead of being delivered, it is held with status Pending review, and a notification is raised.
3. You open the lead, check the details, and click Approve.
4. On approval, the lead re-enters the pipeline and is delivered to the client’s recipients.

This gives agencies a quality gate: only vetted leads reach the end client. Turn the gate on per endpoint with Require agency approval (see Clients & endpoints).
